Joe with Precision 3D Scanning helped us tremendously on a complex commercial project we’re working on in Beaver Creek, CO. His LiDAR scans only took an hour or two - capturing over 20,000 SF of the project - and he was still able to get his model sent to us within 1 day - which is impressive considering the size of his complex models and how accurate the information is. Precision 3d Scanning is changing our Commercial Real Estate landscape by offering our clients the ability to acquire detailed scans of their buildings that can be easily converted to engineered drawings. We had our new building in Arvada, CO scanned back in 2023 and still use the scans to measure wall height as well as locate utility infrastructure.
